If Five Nights at Freddy's can make 300 million, then it'd be a great success, and a domination with the budget it had. If Universal realizes that it can churn out FNaF movies with 20-30 million dollar budgets and get 250-300 million off each one, than it's a done deal, and FNaF becomes a film franchise.

With only 12 days left, there have been early press screenings for critics. Only problem: The review embargo hasn't been lifted online yet. And they aren't allowed to post reviews yet. And they won't be posted until AFTER the movie premieres at exactly 3 AM ET/12 AM PT on October 27th.
It makes no financial sense for a studio to make a children's horror 3 hours long. The movie is rated PG-13, the main audience is kids, and kids are incredibly unlikely to see a 3 hour film. 3 hours films are also usually less profitable than shorter films because there are less screenings they can show.
