Got the game yesterday. When it happens, I press he PS button (not closing the application) > Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection. When that's done double tap the PS button and the loading screen is gone. Hope this works for you. Mine says fetching items every time but its only for 3 to 4 seconds. I just bought far cry 5’s season pass and can’t access the dlc. I bought the season pass about ten minutes ago. I went to the addon packs page and it asks if I want to purchase the packs separately. I clicked yes and it opened the PS store but nothing appeared. Far Cry doesn't make things easy as far as modding go, but that doesn't make it impossible to modify the game. When Far Cry Primal released on PC with the same typical mouse issues - the fourth Far Cry game in a row to do this, mind you - gamers couldn't get any of the previous methods to work.

I've finally found a solution, from a forum: ..I changed my desktop resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 1280 x 960 (though I'd guess any other resolution would work). A quick glance at the game pad controls shows what the real issue is - despite the controller layout showing brake/reverse on Left Trigger, if you read the description, it shows LT missing from almost every thing relating to vehicles. It also does this with B for helos and planes. This means the game is, for some reason, not actually correctly
click on it and you should, i say should becase i tried this once it didnt work but this second time it is working. Change Down on the D-pad ot T. Change Up on the D-pad to Z. Change Left on the D-pad to G. Change Right on the D-pad to H. make sure to save it or hit Done.
Far cry 5 crashing on PS5. Ps4 digital version of the game keeps crashing on both my ps5 and my wives ps5. I have the physical version of the ps5 my wife has the digital only. Both of us have the digital version installed on our system hard drives. We both find ourselves with a frozen screen at least once an hour.
Didn't work for me :( Try the opposite, i got mine to work, go to big picture mode, controller settings and and uncheck everything but leave the "xbox configuration" checked then go to Library, go to farcry 5 manage game and look at Controller calibration and then look at controller settings, if it says 360 it should recognize it now
Of course Far Cry in general is more polished and offers more freedom in how you approach things, but Stalker feels closer to a WRPG like Fallout New Vegas even though it's not an RPG; especially the third game, Call of Pripyat, where your choices and alliances affecting the final battle at Pripyat feels a ton like the buildup to FNV's Hoover xJFo7m8.
