Ring finger - 8 buttons: LMB + 2small buttons + mouse wheel up,down.left,right and press (including ANY combinations) Middle finger - 2 mouse buttons. Index finger - analog stick + D-pad + micro steering wheel + Select + Start + mode + mapping + preset buttons.

It works for gta 3 and vice city. For fixing it in san andreas you either install patch, cleo folder with sens fix or samp addon btw when your mouse stop working in game but it working fine on menu, then just spam Esc until it works, and repeat process when needed Orrrr just use SilentPatch.
